A stylish LED that will really light up the room. In fact, that’s what it is designed to do. Comes in a 4 Filament 3W version or an 8 Filament 6W version for something a little brighter - both also come in a tinted or smoked glass to add a little more ambience. Photo is a 6W smoked glass.
Vintage LED filament bulbs are the warmest on the market (the G95 measures 2200k on the colour temperature scale) achieving a very similar look to venerable and popular tungsten filament globes, just without the heroic power consumption and exorbitant cost.
Vintage LEDs operate at a really low temperature - making them a lot safer for those with children, and also for professional lightbulb jugglers. The old incandescent bulbs operated at temperatures up to 2800C, which is mostly just wasted energy. Vintage LED bulbs can be handled even after hours of use, assuming that’s the kind of thing you’re into.
All this adds up to a bulb that is amazingly cheap to run: if you left this G95 3W light bulb on for a year it would cost you $6.55.*
